Giving Back: Our Partnership with Westminster Free Clinic
Smiles Avenue Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry is proud to give back to the communities we serve through a new dental care partnership with Westminster Free Clinic in Thousand Oaks.
Through this community initiative, Dr. Sukhanchal Saini and the Smiles Avenue team are donating dental care to eligible patients referred through Westminster Free Clinic. Our goal is to help reduce barriers to essential dental care and support healthier smiles for underserved members of our local community.
Our Community Partnership
Westminster Free Clinic's Healthy Teeth, Healthy Smiles program helps provide access to dental assessments, cleanings, X-rays, education and referrals to dental treatment partners for uninsured and very low-income patients.
Smiles Avenue is proud to participate in this effort by accepting a limited number of referred patients each month at our Thousand Oaks and Moorpark offices.
Through this partnership, Dr. Saini and our team are helping extend access to essential dental services while contributing to the health and well-being of our local Conejo Valley and Moorpark communities.
Dental Services Available Through the Referral Program
Patients referred through the Westminster Free Clinic partnership may receive the following dental services at Smiles Avenue:
Diagnostic and Hygiene Care: Digital dental X-rays and routine dental cleanings.
Cavity Care: Targeted dental fillings and preventive cavity treatment.
Restorative and Emergency Care: Single-tooth or molar extractions, excluding wisdom teeth.
Services are provided based on the patient's dental needs and the scope of the established referral program.
How the Referral Process Works
This program is available by referral through Westminster Free Clinic only.
Smiles Avenue does not accept direct applications or requests for free dental care through this page. Individuals seeking assistance must first connect with Westminster Free Clinic and participate in its established dental care program. When appropriate, Westminster Free Clinic will provide the necessary referral to a participating dental provider.
